Adding Opacity to my clips.

I decided to create the effect that the male actor was directly thinking about the memories of him and the female actress. Therefore, I decided to have the two clips playing at the same time, but the memory to be less visible and overlaying the male actor sitting on the bench.

This has allowed me to create my desired effect and I would like this to follow throughout my project.

The Memory Effect.

One concept for my music video, is the idea that the male actor is looking back on happy memories and wondering what went wrong. I created the memories by looking at applying the bleach bypass effect to the clip. This will show it as a memory as it seems more distant to the other shots showing the past.

Updated Green Screen

As I have struggled to get the shot that I would like, I have decided that it is no longer necessary to create the effect using green screen.

Changes to filming.

I tried different methods in order to create a movement of my actor walking towards the camera. I tried to complete this by using a skateboard to prop the camera up and and other methods of holding to camera to create stability throughout the shot. However, each method saw the struggle of blurriness and shakiness. Therefore, I decided to create the shots into still shots showing my actor lip-syncing to the original song.

Scheduled Filming

I have organised Tuesday 20th March- Thursday 22nd March 2018 to have a camcorder and camera in order to complete final shots and to complete my video. I have also booked a camera to get draft shots for my digi-pack and magazine
